Event Details
Your health care doesn’t come with a map. Between forms, phone calls, and appointments, it’s easy to feel stuck or unsure about what to do next. At Nurture the Neighborhood, Union Hospital’s Certified Community Health Worker Amanda Perry is available to help you sort through questions, understand your options, and identify next steps that make sense for you. Whether you’re managing an ongoing condition, trying to navigate the system, or just don’t know where to start, you can get one-on-one guidance and connections to local resources that support your health and well-being.
Amanda Perry has a B.S. in Kinesiology and has a passion for community. She has worked to help community members connect to area resources, overcome barriers to healthcare access, and bridge gaps in healthcare to ensure quality care for all individuals in the Wabash Valley.
