Are you living with mild or moderate dementia or providing care for someone living with dementia? Thrive West Central is offering a Memory Café for you!
The purpose of this gathering is to provide a comfortable and welcoming social gathering for those living with mild to moderate dementia and their care partners. Respite care is not provided; care partners need to attend WITH their loved ones.
Goals:
- Provide an opportunity for socialization and connection without stigma
- Provide an opportunity for care partners to share support, experience, and resources
- Provide dementia friendly activities such as puzzles and games
- Have fun!
Bottled water, crackers, and cookies are provided. Feel free to bring your own snacks as well.
