Purpose of Meeting
Death Café is a free gathering of people, often strangers discussing death over tea, and of course cake. There is no agenda, objectives, or themes. It’s not a support group, counseling session or even a workshop. Simply community members coming together in a relaxed comfortable space sipping tea, eating cake and sharing respectful, thought provoking and life affirming conversation.
The aim is to increase awareness of death with a view to helping people make the most of their lives.
