Event Details
Ages 12-19: Become a geologist for a day with the Gems & Geodes kit! Discover beautiful crystalline structures when you crack open a geode, excavate a gemstone, make your own diamond embroidery art piece, and study the facets of a piece of colorful rock candy. Safety goggles and a copy of Sara Gilbert’s Canyons (Earth Rocks!) will be included.
