Try your hand at the art of cheese-making with one of the easiest cheeses to create at home: mozzarella. Non-perishable supplies will be included—you just need to supply the milk. When your cheese is ready to eat, add tomato, basil, and a bit of olive oil to enjoy a simple, refreshing, and classic Italian salad!
