Teen Movies We Love to Hate: High School Musical

Ages 12-19: After high school juniors Troy Bolton and Gabriella Montez share a moment on stage during a karaoke duet at a party during winter break, Troy is surprised to learn Gabriella has transferred to East High School but eager to try out for the school musical with her. When the two of them are called back for a final audition, Troy and Gabrielle’s cliques attempt to maintain the status quo by sabotaging their friendship and their second round of auditions.
