Ages 16 & Up: In June, 1969, patrons of the Stonewall Inn in New York City staged a series of spontaneous demonstrations against the constant harassment and raids they endured. This historic event marked a turning point for the LGBTQIA+ community, as pride marches spread throughout the United States every June.
