Ages 12-19: Can you write 50,000 words in a month? Take on this daunting task with NaNoWriMo, an annual writing challenge that encourages new writers and seasoned authors to complete the first draft of a novel! Begin your challenge with help from the NaNoWriMo Starter Pack, a kit with all the tools you’ll need to start writing: a journal and pens, two books from the San Francisco Writers’ Grotto—Writing Character and Writing Dialogue—and a packet of helpful information and resources, including the NaNoWriMo Online Classroom and the Teen Space Discord Server.
