Ages 6-12: Can art last for thousands of years? Your child can find out at Curious Kids: Fresco Painting with Oobleck! Mix cornstarch and water to make a gooey surface, then paint on it while it’s still wet. See how the paint sinks in, just like in authentic frescoes, compare your child’s results with paint on damp paper, and explore why ancient artists’ works have lasted so long.
