Ages 6–19: Are you looking for a show-stopping costume? Dive into the Costume Exchange & Workshop to discover a treasure trove of donated costumes, or let your imagination run wild and create a masterpiece from recycled materials and craft supplies.
Do you have a costume to donate? West Branch Library will accept donations beginning Monday, October 2.
